JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides support for Molina enterprise-wide employee training facilitation activities. Responsible for delivering structured training programs that support role-based onboarding, upskilling, and reinforcement of operational or soft-skill content. Facilitates learning through classroom instruction, virtual training, and coaching to ensure learners understand and apply information effectively in their roles. Training includes new employee orientation, implementations, partnerships on technical/system initiatives, and optimization efforts. Essential Job Duties: - Facilitates learning through classroom instruction, virtual training, and coaching.
