HR Manager Site – Lelystad Platform Driving People Strategy Where It Matters Most At our fast-growing logistics hub in Lelystad, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager who plays a key role in shaping the people agenda of one of the largest logistics operations in the Netherlands. In this role, you act as the link between operations and management, translating business needs into effective HR strategies and ensuring strong execution on the floor. You lead a team of 4 HR professionals and work closely with site leadership to build a high-performing, engaged and stable workforce. You will be at the forefront of key people challenges such as absenteeism, turnover, leadership development and culture, making a direct impact on the success and sustainability of the operation.
