The Behavioral Health Professional Coordinator plays a key role in the Duncan office of the organization, directly reporting to the Director of Outpatient Services . This position is responsible for the leadership and management of the outpatient clinical staff . The core duties and responsibilities of this role include: Leadership and Oversight: Directing all outpatient clinical operations, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and procedures. Overseeing management and administrative functions within the clinical setting. Clinical Supervision: Developing and implementing a clinical supervision model that promotes the fidelity of evidence-based practices. Ensuring that clinical staff receive guidance and support to maintain high standards of care.
