Job description

Position Description The TS Power Plant is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to help lead the safe and reliable operation of a 200 MW photovoltaic (PV) solar facility and a 242 MW coal-fired thermal power plant. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding a team of operators through daily plant operations while ensuring safety, performance, and environmental standards are consistently met. As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a 7-person operations crew, directing control room and field activities during startup, shutdown, and normal plant operations. You’ll serve as a key leader on shift—coordinating with plant leadership, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts that enhance reliability and efficiency. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, mentoring team members, and playing a critical role in maintaining reliable power generation that supports site operations.
