Job Summary: The Operations Lead (OL) reports to the Operations Manager and supports store processes and an active selling culture by ensuring that all aspects are maintained to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The OL works on all operation processes, including opening, closing, training, and delegation of tasks, while always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. The OL’s responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking. Key Roles and Responsibilities: The OL performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.
