Click here to learn more. Job Description: EBAD is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with experience working in a manufacturing environment. This position will primarily support one Value Stream. The candidate will be responsible for quality engineering, system and process improvements, supplier development and RCCA activity including non-conformance analysis and implementation of effective countermeasures. Responsibilities: Lead quality functions for assigned programs from proposal through shipment to customer while complying with customer requirements and achieving EBAD cost and delivery expectations. Determine root cause and implement corrective actions for customer complaints and product defects. Host external quality audits and participate in internal quality audits.
