Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in media, client, or agency service in a sales role working with stakeholders in global organizations. - Experience in working with programmatic media buying platforms e.g., Demand Side Platform (DSPs). - Ability to communicate in German and English fluently in order to work in this client-facing role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with Google’s DV360 and Campaign Manager 360. - Experience working with performer media buying solutions. - Experience working in ad sales on publisher or ad tech side or working in a marketing or media role at advertisers or media agencies. - Experience in the evolving media landscape with knowledge of digital media, including key trends and dynamics in Germany, major European countries, and the United States. - Ability to craft, activate, and grow plans grounded in innovative media solutions, complemented by media planning experience that demonstrates clear return on investment (ROI).
