Job description
OVERVIEW: The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building and maintains the physical asset of the property in a clean and sanitary condition under the direction of the Property Manager. The Maintenance Tech may perform a wide range of basic repair tasks around the facility which may include identifying and fixing safety hazards, monitoring the HVAC systems for continued operation, and performing plumbing, electrical, and other minor repairs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines including EPA, OSHA, and Cal-Osha standards. · Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment and cleaning supplies. · Perform, maintenance and repair including painting, drywall repair, changing lighting fixtures, and flooring. · Provide requested venue set up, break-down and clean-up for all scheduled activities or special events. · Maintain the general cleanliness and stocking of restrooms and facilities, as needed, throughout the day. · Complete maintenance service requests in a reasonable period of time. · Complete Preventative Maintenance Program tasks. · Meet regularly...
