Job summary: As a Vice President in Deal Set Up and Funding, you will lead and execute complex syndicated loan transactions through closing and funding, serving as a senior individual contributor and team leader. You will coordinate with internal partners to ensure accurate deal setup, fee and payment processing, and timely resolution of post-close exceptions. You will also mentor peers and help elevate controls and client service outcomes.
