Sales Engineer Manager The Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with the sales team to design, present, and refine IT solutions that meet the unique needs of potential clients. This role involves technical assessments, solution architecture, demonstrations, and proposal support, ensuring that solutions align with both client requirements and MSP (“Managed Services Provider”) capabilities.
