Your role in our mission Prosper is seeking an analytically-driven, values-led VP of Marketing to accelerate our mission of advancing financial well-being. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee the end-to-end marketing ecosystem - from performance-based acquisition to the launch of new borrowing and investing products. We need a leader who can mentor a talented team of 21 while maintaining a sharp focus on ROI and market-leading brand positioning. Whether you work from our San Francisco headquarters or remotely in the US, you will be the lead storyteller and strategist connecting our products to the millions who need them. How you’ll make an impact: Drive scalable growth : You will own top-of-funnel metrics and multi-year marketing plans for our retail investor, personal loan, and credit card portfolios. You’ll determine requirements, assess support needs, build internal alignment, and deliver results that hit our aggressive volume targets.
