Iteration Manager

Job description

You'll love this role if you enjoy helping teams solve complex delivery challenges and work better together. You'll support multiple cross-functional delivery teams, partnering with Engineers, Product Owners and Engineering Managers to improve delivery flow, manage dependencies, and remove obstacles before they become problems. Success in this role isn't measured by how many agile events you run. It's measured by how effectively teams collaborate, how confidently they deliver, and how much they improve over time. We're looking for someone who can coach, influence and bring people together to achieve better outcomes. What you'll be doing: - Support multiple delivery teams to stay aligned, remove friction and continuously improve - Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives and other agile events that help teams move work forward - Identify and remove roadblocks, manage dependencies and help teams navigate delivery challenges - Use delivery insights and metrics to improve team effectiveness and predictability - Partner with Engineers, Product Owners and Engineering Managers to keep priorities aligned and outcomes on track What great looks like: - Experience as an Iteration...
