Job description

Key position functions include: - Evaluate subsea market opportunities with respect to fit for Master Flo applications; develop and present penetration strategies for existing and new customers and markets. - Continually assess market trends, future industry requirements, and competitor activity to inform commercial and product strategy. - Seek to influence product specification at the earliest project stage to secure a favorable position for Master Flo solutions. - Monitor bid and proposal activity across Operator HQs in the USA, including projects located abroad; provide strategic input on bid positioning. - Provide input to product development initiatives based on direct market and customer intelligence. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain effective credibility and rapport with key customer contacts at operators, EPC contractors, and end users. - Aid in the preparation, presentation, and negotiation of quotations; support the full sales cycle from inquiry through award. - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of business. - Represent Master Flo at customer events, trade shows, c...
