We support two gentlemen with all aspects of their day-to-day lives, from cooking and cleaning their home to getting out and about to pursue their various activities and interests. Both individuals are very active and enjoy a range of activities, which the successful candidate will be able develop with them. The people we support at Woodyleaze are looking for staff who are creative and energetic, person-centred and patient, who can support them to make big and small achievements at their own pace. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide support for the individuals that enables them to maintain independence and learn new skills, in a person-centred way. You will support them to develop relationships to maintain contact with family and friends, use your initiative and have an enthusiastic approach.
