Overview: System Administrators (SA) will be required to have privileged access to the system and therefore are part of the Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF). SA’s shall possess the necessary skills, expertise and certifications to implement and maintain effective cybersecurity controls, as specified in this TDL, and in accordance with relevant industry standards and guidelines, including NIST SP 800-53 rev5 and AR 25-2.
