Training and Development Specialist

Job Description: The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for the development, delivery, and tracking of the various training programs for the employees at SKBA. These include onboarding and training programs for all levels of employees, as well as more specialized training for technical content and professional development. This frequently requires coordinating with third-party training vendors and SKBA employees receiving the training to ensure their punctual attendance and completion of the training. Detailed and reliable documentation of employee training records must be maintained by the Training Specialist and available to report to management on short notice. This position will require regular presence at the offsite and/or third-party training locations as needed.
