We are seeking an experienced People Consultant to provide high‑quality, professional advice, guidance and coaching to People Leaders across the organisation. This role sits within our People Leader Advice team, supporting the delivery of our People Strategy by enabling leaders to fulfil their people management responsibilities effectively, confidently and in line with our values, policies and legal obligations. You will contribute to the People Leader advisory service by providing expert advice and people‑leader coaching across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support People Leaders on complex and escalated people matters, building capability, driving consistency and managing organisational risk.
