Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future The Construction Field Representative (CFR) reports to the Construction Superintendent of the Midstream Central / North Regions and may be assigned to other special assignments as needed. The position will be based within the region(s), preferably near existing pipeline assets. The CFR provides leadership and field support across the region and is accountable for the successful execution of assigned projects while ensuring safety, quality, integrity, and cost and schedule performance. What You’ll Do: - Support the execution and management of multiple construction projects, including project kickoff and closeout activities, turnover/handback acceptance, and commissioning/start-up support as needed. - Provide onsite leadership with a strong focus on safety and adherence to company policies, procedures, contract documents, and applicable regulatory and environmental requirements, codes, and standards, including permit-to-work compliance, JSAs, and pre-job planning. - Coordinate and oversee work activities for construction contractors and company employee teams, including daily, weekly, and monthly coordination of contractor activitie...
