Employee Relations Manager The opportunity: As one of our Employee Relations Managers, you’ll support a high-performance culture and act as our senior specialist working closely with the business in managing high risk issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies and restructures, some senior performance issues, and any other employee relations matters. You will also work on projects when required that align with Talent priorities such as legislative changes and continuous improvement processes.
