The selected candidate will lead the continued development of a fully integrated, pass/fail, spiral curriculum aligned with the competency based education framework while providing support for college graduate programs. The program is focused on early, robust exposure to clinical and professional skills and preparing students to confidently enter the workforce at graduation. The Associate Dean will assist in the recruitment, educational development and retention of talented faculty dedicated to preparing confident graduates. The selected candidate will play a critical role in participation in the School’s accreditation process and should have demonstrated expertise in outcomes assessment.
