What You'll Do: - Assist in organizing, composing, and producing professional letters and reports - Compose minutes, agendas, trackers, etc., using Microsoft Office software - Proofread documents ensuring grammar, spelling, format, and punctuation are correct - Assist in developing training presentations using PowerPoint - Create professional binders for distribution to clients - Assist in data entry, filing, and quality check reviews - Provide support in laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures for specimen handling, processing, test execution, result documentation, and record management. - Assist in the maintenance of laboratory infrastructure and equipment, contributing to the upkeep of a safe, clean, and fully functional working environment. - Coordinate with external service providers, including accompanying vendors and contractors during equipment repairs, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to internal protocols and safety standards. - Assemble kits individually or as part of a team according to the lab kit specifications - Work directly with multiple members of the lab team including Kitting, Logistics, and Projec...
