Job description

The lifeguard, under general supervision, ensures the safety of guests at the Waterpark by preventing and responding to emergencies. Ensures that they are performing all job duties in compliance with all rules and regulations and that all company expectations are supported. Maintains constant surveillance of guests in the facility. Acts at once and appropriately to secure the safety of guests in case of an emergency. Provides emergency care and treatment as needed until the arrival of emergency medical services. Always presents a professional appearance and attitude and keeps a high standard of guest service. Performs various maintenance duties as directed to keep a clean and safe environment. Prepares and keeps proper activity reports. Performs other duties as assigned by management. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Monitors all relevant activities of the department, to ensure that all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and controls of the organization are understood and enforced by departmental personnel.
