For our Milan HQ, Amplifon is looking for a talented Senior Legal Specialist to join the Group Legal Department. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and international legal team, providing legal support across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will act as a trusted legal business partner, supporting multiple functions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This position requires strong autonomy, solid legal expertise, and the ability to operate with senior stakeholders in a multinational context. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international commercial contracts, including supply, services, distribution, NDAs, consultancy and framework agreements - Providing day-to-day legal advice on civil and commercial law matters to internal stakeholders across business functions - Supporting corporate law and company secretarial activities, including corporate governance processes, documentation, and reporting obligations - Conducting legal research on a wide range of topics, including civil, commercial, privacy, regulatory, and emerging areas of law - Preparing legal memos, opi...
