Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves hands-on work with hardware and software tools to collect, process, and manage operational data. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
