Line of Business: Service & Support Pay Range: $123,660.00 – $164,873.32: Assist and support the Aggregates and Asphalt business in delivering operational performance improvement About Us: Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive performance improvement across aggregate operations to strengthen key financial and operational results. Lead implementation of Minimum Operating Practices across assigned sites. Embed the Aggregates Operating Model and Aggregates Management Handbook into daily operations. Identify and support operational best practices and new product or process improvement opportunities. Monitor progress on improvement initiatives and collaborate with site teams to achieve performance goals. Provide practical, hands- on guidance to optimize production processes.
