Become a part of our caring community The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing, recording, analyzing, and reporting accounting transactions to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records in accordance with established accounting policies and principles. This role provides comprehensive financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances from budget. The Senior Accountant analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports, and begins to influence departmental strategy. This role reports to the Accounting Lead. In this role you will: Managing the accounting of the business's monthly revenue and claims, and overseeing revenue cycle reporting and reconciliations. Preparing financial data, transactions, and reports, including responding to ad-hoc data requests from executive leadership. Collaborating with Health Care Provider Payment Platforms to ensure accurate financial terms within contractual arrangements and validating quarterly settlements.
