What we are looking for: NRC head office in Norway is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Private Sector Partnerships Adviser to drive strategic partnerships, expand funding opportunities, and strengthen relationships with private sector partners. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong track record in fundraising, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will manage an existing partnership portfolio while building a robust pipeline of new partners through grants, strategic collaborations, and pro bono initiatives. Working closely with internal teams, the adviser will identify and pursue joint opportunities that advance NRC’s mission and impact. As part of the Global Business Operations team, the adviser will play a key role in coordinating private sector partnership efforts across NRC departments, Regional Offices, Country Offices, and Representation Offices.
