While serving as the primary subject matter expert for eClinicalWorks (eCW) , this role also drives broader digital transformation by managing cross-functional technical projects and improving operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with leadership and end users to define business needs and resolve system issues. - Manage workflows to improve efficiency by reviewing, analyzing, and improving the performance and efficiency of existing systems. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all eClinicalWorks (eCW) issues, requests, and questions. - Support clinical application enhancements, interfaces, data migration, and reporting. - Train new and existing clinical and non-clinical staff on system use and new features. - Assist with new module and application implementations. - Stay current on eCW releases, cumulative patches, and JIRAs to ensure the platform remains secure and optimized. - Collect user feedback and r...
