Posting Date 04/21/2026 4801 Acorn Dr, Independence, Ohio, 44131, United States of America DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease at our Rockside Dialysis outpatient clinic in Independence, Ohio . As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Some details about this position: Operational Hours: MWF 4:30am - 7:30pm, TTHS 6:00am - 2:00pm ​ PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am This clinic uses Fresenius Blue Stat 2018 T machines and has 16 chairs. M/W/F schedules 1 RN and 4 Dialysis Techs, T/Th/S 1 RN and 2 Dialysis Techs per shift Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday Paid training: DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills.
