This role will directly support the HFE FCE office, and partner with leaders and members of the Technical Fellowship across Human Factors Engineering, and peer FCE offices, to optimize organizational effectiveness, and enable the HFE FCE to focus on high-impact leadership priorities. This position serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing key projects, and ensuring alignment across the HFE organization and broader enterprise.
