We're hiring a TikTok Shop Lead to own our TikTok Shop presence end-to-end — from channel strategy and listing optimization to affiliate management and content performance. This role is for someone who: You'll own the roadmap for one of our fastest-growing channels and work closely with the growth, creative, and influencer teams to scale it. - Lives on TikTok and understands what actually drives Shop conversions - Is equal parts creative and analytical — knows a good hook and knows how to read the data behind it - Wants to build something, not just maintain it - Thinks about TikTok Shop in the context of the full business, not just one channel - Has a passion for building community What You'll Do: TikTok Shop Strategy & Operations: - Own the TikTok Shop channel: listings, product catalog, pricing, promotions, and storefront health - Manage Combined Listings, flavor/variant consolidation, and listing architecture across SKUs - Stay on top of platform updates, policy changes, and new features — and act on them fast - Drive toward key channel metrics: Videos per day, GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, affiliate-driven revenue Affiliate & Creator Management: - Build and manage Create's TikTok...
