CTO Lead Design Engineer Location: Dilovası, Kocaeli Hybrid Purpose of Role: As a Lead Design Engineer at Weir, you will play a critical role in shaping engineered solutions that directly support our customers and global operations. You will lead design activities across complex projects, influence product development and provide expert technical guidance from bid stage through delivery.
