FULL TIME POSITION: OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS REQUIRED: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIRED: MUST LOVE CLEANING/ MAINTENANCE: $15.00 - $18.50 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to ensure Harmons’ standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are being met throughout the store. This person will be responsible for overseeing deep cleaning in departments and ensuring deep cleaning does not interfere with customer service. Also, this person will create cleaning plans and train new maintenance associates. This person will also assist customers and associates with maintenance issues and provide exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas throughout the store - Performs a safety walk of the store to identify and correct potential hazards - Assists customers and fellow associates with maintenance issues throughout the store - Oversees deep cleaning in departments, ensuring cleaning does not interfere with customer service - Creates and implements effective and timely cleaning plans for entire store - Empties trash and recycling bins in departments and employee ar...
