Responsibilities: - Evaluate clients’ speech, language, and hearing abilities, recommending strategies to enhance communication and hearing. - Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) evaluations. - Develop and revise treatment plans in consultation with physicians as necessary. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care plans and provide speech pathology training to team members as needed. - Educate clients and families on speech therapy techniques and related challenges. - Document all evaluation data, treatments, and client progress promptly. - Supervise Home...
