Description Position Description: The Haskell & Irene Lemon Construction Science (CNS) Division at the University of Oklahoma’s (OU) Gibbs College of Architecture (GCA) invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor 9-month position, beginning in August 2026. There is the potential for a January 2026 start for candidates who may be interested. Based in Norman, a lively college town within the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, which was recently ranked the “No. 1 Best Big City to Live In” by U.S. News & World Report , the Construction Science Division seeks faculty to help shape the future of construction education and practice. This position is part of OU’s university-wide trajectory to join the nation’s top public research institutions, fueled by growth in faculty excellence, research innovation, and cross-sector partnerships. What We’re Looking For: The Division seeks to hire a new faculty member to add to our award-winning team and support our growing enrollments.
