We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is the front line of support for our customers and internal teams, ensuring accounts are set up and maintained accurately, inquiries are handled promptly, and communication is professional and solution-driven. What You'll Do: - Accurately set up and manage customer accounts. - Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly via phone, email, and digital platforms. - Process invoices and handle account reconciliations efficiently. - Provide support to the Route Service team as needed. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
