Communications Intern

Job description

This role is onsite Monday - Friday at our beautiful office in Brentwood, TN. Key Responsibilities: Content Development & Execution: Draft and edit internal communications, including company-wide emails, intranet content, and newsletters Ensure messaging aligns with company voice, tone, and brand standards Internal Communications Support: Support execution of enterprise communications campaigns Assist in maintaining internal communication channels, including intranet platforms and digital content Project Coordination: Manage content calendars and track deliverables across multiple projects Coordinate with cross-functional partners including Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing Measurement & Insights: Support tracking and analysis of communication metrics Assist in developing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness Research and Special Projects: Support research needs and develop briefs as needed Support process documentation and refinement as needed Qualifications / Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to deta...
