Job description

This is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates are asked to report to our New York City, NY or Fort Mill, SC office, 3x per week, Tuesday through Thursday and work remotely on Monday and Friday. Our RV Growth and Transformation team is seeking a Director of Agentic Digital Operations to serve as a strategic operator and transformation leader. In this role, you’ll work with RV senior leaders and partner with Fortune 500 clients to drive growth through their digital experiences, as well as deliver broader AI-transformation within their businesses. You’ll own the overall strategy development, roadmap design, enablement and ultimate operation of the partnership alongside your team and other cross-functional groups (like agentic workforce, data science / AI, compliance, creative and engineering teams).
