Job description

Main Function: Provides overall clinical leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure high-quality, patient-centered primary care is delivered across the Family Medicine practices. Works collaboratively with practice leadership, nursing, administrative teams, and other departments to ensure coordinated, efficient, and accessible care for patients of all ages. Ensures smooth transitions of care between outpatient, specialty, and inpatient settings. Maintains an active clinical practice as a Family Medicine physician approximately up to 80% of the time, with the remaining effort dedicated to administrative and leadership responsibilities as Director.
