Training Project Manager – Federal Learning & Change Management We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Project Manager to serve as a critical bridge between clinical operations, system changes, and training delivery within a large-scale Federal EHR modernization program. This role operates at the intersection of clinical informatics and project management , ensuring that system changes are accurately translated into effective, workflow-aligned training solutions. The Training Project Manager will act as a clinical liaison , evaluating EHR changes, identifying training impacts, and driving updates through structured processes (e.g., JIRA). This individual will partner closely with clinical, solution, learning, and change management teams to ensure training reflects real-world workflows and supports end-user adoption. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and brings strong clinical and operational insight paired with project execution discipline.
