Opportunity Overview Handshake is looking for Physics PhDs to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional academic or industry research role. You'll draw on your Physics expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand Physics reasoning, proof construction, and technical problem-solving. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity you can take on alongside anything else you have going on. Who This Is For: This is a good fit if you're a current or graduated Physics PhD with deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Analytical methods in physics Mathematical structures of physical theories: Computational & statistical methods: What You'll Do: You'll use your physics expertise to create domain-relevant questions and review AI-generated responses for accuracy, rigor, and relevance to real-world physics research and practice. No prior AI or technical experience is required.
