Description Kalos Services is hiring a Purchasing Systems & Materials Lead to build and maintain a more consistent, reliable purchasing process across all trade departments. The role focuses on simplifying how materials are selected, priced, and purchased so field teams and purchasing agents can work more efficiently and with fewer errors. The goal is to ensure the right materials are used, the right vendors are selected, pricing is accurate, and the process is repeatable. The position will serve as the central owner of purchasing systems, material catalog structure, vendor alignment, and purchasing standards. You will help establish Kojo as the company’s system of record for purchasing and material selection. This is not a traditional procurement manager role. The position does not directly manage purchasing staff but instead drives alignment, structure, and process across departments.
