The Robotics Operations Quality Associate holds primary accountability for collection performance assigned to a shift. This role ensures that data collector training is being implemented across all collection efforts happening in the lab. The Quality Associate is responsible for driving excellence across key operational metrics while embodying a high-performance culture rooted in professional development and continuous process improvement. You will: Organizational Leadership - Direct Span of Control: Provide tactical direction across all collection roles on the shift - Employee Experience & Advocacy: Serve as the guardian of the workplace experience. Proactively identify the demands and requirements of the shift staff, transforming feedback into actionable initiatives that enhance operational ergonomics, engagement, and overall workplace satisfaction.
