POSITION SUMMARY: The Accountant will follow established procedures to support the finance team by preparing core, recurring financial accounting activities from established processes including journal entries and account reconciliations. This position will be responsible for performing these monthly closing process activities along with preparation of routine SOX controls timely and accurately in accordance with company accounting policies and GAAP. This role will assist with recurring activities associated with the annual operating plan and forecasting processes. Additionally, the Accountant will perform basic financial statement variance analysis and support the business operations by delivering standard, regular requests.
