Job description

- Define and continuously improve / adapt the overall test plan in close cooperation with other stakeholders within the V93 R&D organization - Plan the specific test activities based on new features, known bugs to achieve an optimal balance between test coverage and test execution time - Integrate security testing, secure-by-design validation, vulnerability handling processes, and incident response test coverage into the overall test strategy, ensure traceability against CRA security requirements - Continuously enhance & adapt data collection and reporting to improve transparency of test execution on all layers to provide status information on quality level - Continuously enhance test automation, including regression suites and automated security scans into CI/CD pipelines - Drive activities for improvement by identifying hot spots of low quality in software - Analyze currently used tools and standardize testing and quality processes to ensure as much as possible a common approach in all teams - Work closely with the QA team to ensure strong alignment of Quality assurance strategy and test strategy including streamlined QA reports and test reports Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Ma...
