WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: The Nike Direct Pricing Operations team supports day‑to‑day Digital and Store operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Operating at the heart of the consumer experience, the team ensures accurate pricing across all ND channels. You’ll be leading a team of 6 specialists and will be partnering cross‑functionally with Planning, Business Offense, Digital and Store Ops, Capability and (Global) Tech teams. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The Nike Direct Pricing Operations Manager is a strong operational and people leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end pricing operations across Nike Direct in EMEA. This role ensures accurate and consistent execution of pricing, markdowns, and promotions across all channels by leading, coaching, and enabling a team of Pricing Operations specialists. The ideal candidate brings structure and clarity to complex, fast-paced environments, using data and insights to guide decisions and balance speed, precision, and commercial impact.
