Job description

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of Sundrop Restaurant and banquet events - Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences - Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and company service standards - Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, and departmental expenses - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency - Collaborate with culinary, sales, and hotel leadership teams to execute restaurant and banquet programming - Monitor guest satisfaction scores and proactively resolve guest concerns - Support beverage, service, and operational initiatives that align with the Luce brand vision Qualifications: - Previous restaurant or hotel outlet management experience required - Upscale dining and banquet experience strongly preferred - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Knowledge of food & beverage financials, labor management, and guest service standards - Marriott or lifestyle hotel experience preferred - Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join The Luce Hotel?: At The Luce Hotel, we believe in creating “shine on” mom...
