Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing 100 % employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to support a space payload R&D group. This individual will directly support the execution of design, development, integration and testing efforts of multiple space payload programs . The candidate will work as an individual contributor and within a diverse, multi- discipline engineering team, and will be responsible for supporting payload design, der iving electrical subsystem requirements, assisting with electrical sub system test and requirements verification . Responsibilities: Support system architecture development for space payload systems Design and analyze RF and electrical subsystems for space-based payloads, including transmit /receive chains, power systems, and signal processing hardware. Develop and validate RF link budgets, noise figures, and dynamic signal ranges to ensure system performance under mission conditions. Create electrical schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, and interface control documents (ICDs) to support system development and integration.
