OVERVIEW: The Packaging Project Director is the strategic leader responsible for setting the vision, direction, strategic roadmaps, timelines, and priorities for packaging across the brand. This role ensures packaging initiatives elevate the brand experience, align with sustainability goals, and support global business needs. The Director serves as the key liaison between executive leadership and cross-functional teams, while partnering closely with the Trim Manager and Senior Packaging Developer to bring strategies to life.
