Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Job description: The Termite Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining termite bait stations, conducting thorough termite inspections and reinspections, and performing active termite treatments, including full liquid applications. This role involves using hammer drills to penetrate concrete slabs, hand tools to trench around foundations for soil treatments, and applying termiticides in accordance with safety regulations. The position demands working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics for extended periods—often hours at a time—in hot, dusty, or cramped conditions. It is physically intense work that requires endurance, as you may need to crawl, kneel, bend, and maneuver in tight areas while wearing protective gear. Excellent follow-through, problem-solving skills, and customer service are essential.
